While The Annual South African Comic's Choice Awards™ allows working performers to recognize their peers, we also fully acknowledge that without the Audience, there would be no comedy. This is why we have allowed the public to make an Award of their own. The mechanism is simple, each SMS is registered as a single vote, the Comedian who earns the highest number of votes is awarded the Waldo.
How to Vote
We encourage you to look through the registered Comedians listed below, take note of your choice's unique code, and SMS that code only to 38374.
Terms and Conditions: SMS costs R1.50. Errors billed. Free minutes do not apply. Voting is restricted to 20 (twenty) votes per mobile number and are electronically limited.
Voters are reminded that: only registered Comedians may be voted for. Voting software results are final. Voting takes place between 16 May 2013 and 14 July 2013.
